Account Security Measures

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Two-factor authentication is available in Account Settings. Any suspicious login attempt triggers an automatic email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention Periods

Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains open. After closure, we retain transaction records for the period required by applicable financial regulations, then delete or anonymise them.

Requesting Changes or Deletion

Write to us or use the in-account form to request correction of inaccurate data, a copy of all data we hold, or deletion of your account and associated records where no legal hold applies.

We collect your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth and, when you make a deposit or withdrawal, your UPI ID or Paytm or PhonePe identifiers. We only ask for what is necessary to operate your account securely.

We share data with payment processors such as UPI gateways, fraud-detection services and our hosting infrastructure partners. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstances.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the in-account Help Centre or by email. We will delete or anonymise your data after closing the account, except where financial regulations require us to retain transaction records for a defined period.

Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments are kept for the period mandated by applicable financial and tax regulations, typically five to seven years. All other profile data is deleted within 90 days of account closure.

Payment identifiers are encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not store full card numbers or bank account credentials. UPI and wallet references are kept only as long as needed for reconciliation and dispute resolution.
